These terms apply to your use of the Summa Learning website and the purchase of digital resources from us. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Digital products

• All resources are delivered as downloadable PDF files. After payment, they are available to download from your account at any time, and a confirmation is emailed to you.
• You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for saving your files.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.

Intellectual property

All resources and website content are owned by Summa Learning and protected by copyright. Your use of purchased resources is governed by our Licence.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
